La Verne C. Wendell nee Nowak; beloved wife of the late Thaddeus; loving mother of Linda (Thomas) Farwig and Gary (Denise); cherished grandmother of Christine and Mark; devoted sister of Charlotte and Patricia; also loving aunt and friend of many.
Visitation Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until time of prayers 10:30 a.m. at COLONIAL-WOJCIECHOWSKI FUNERAL HOME 6250 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. Proceeding to St. Thecla Church for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Heart Association appreciated.
