Spiros H. Giannoulias, M.D. "Dr. G", age 70, born in Mazeika, Greece, immigrated to Chicago in 1975, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle and compassionate surgeon. Spiros passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving wife Panagiota nee Kostopoulos; his three sons, Christos (Patricia), Stavros (Sara) and Kostas; his cherished grandchildren, Owen (7), Paige (4), Spiros (2) and Eli (2 months); his brothers, Dimitri (Helen), John (Vasiliki) and his sisters, Aglaia (George) and Chrissoula (John), many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends here and abroad and countless patients whose lives he touched and saved. Funeral Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, 9:30 AM from Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 8025 W. Golf Rd., Niles to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N.
